So Cal Athletics Blog

The key to our success is the chemistry we have created together.  Here are three examples:

    1. Build an outstanding coaching staff that not only are on the same page but also truly have the best interest of the players and team at heart.
    2. Team chemistry is a must and that includes everyone involved from the players, coaches and families.
    3. The willingness of players to compete every single day not only against the other team on the field but also against your own teammates in practice and still be the best teammate you can be.

We enjoy coaching at the level we do because of the kids. We enjoy each other both on the field and off. The players, families and everyone that knows us can see this. I believe this is the foundation of the chemistry we have together.

In conclusion being consistent is the backbone to everything we build each year. That is what the players and families can expect.
